Hot Italian sandwich for lunch, tasted good but had very thin meat portions.

Great home town Italian. A diner kind of atmosphere....you order at the counter. That is why only 4 stars. The pizza is great....but do yourself a favor and move deeper into the menu. The Mac and Cheese is not your classic orange boxed stuff....if you had an Italian grandmother...this is what she would have made you!

Blacken chicken pasta is very good

Love the monorail, need an aquarium, barbecue eating place was great. Zoo kinda smaller than the ones I've been too but it is still great

Driver was really nice but pizza was cold.

After Texas Tulips, wanted to get something to eat, Googled and found Palio"s. First time there. Service and pizza was very good. Reminded us of New York. Cheese toast was the best. Serving size was very nice...thin crust pizza, fresh toppings. Try it.

Palio's worked with our local theater to host a fundraiser on top of their delicious food! Great staff, great food, and a nice place to bring a bottle of wine and hang out for a meal.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to order the manager special. Buy 1 get 1 at appx half off. Well my daughter has celiacs disease and so she has to have gluten free. They will not apply the same special to this. So to order 2 large pizzas normal crust would have been $23 and 2 large pizzas 1 GF and 1 regular crust was $43 that is a $20 dollar difference!!! $20!! that is absurd! How on earth does 1 GF pizza cost $20 MORE than one that is not?!?! this is absolutely ridiculous and borderline price gouging an entire group of people who have an allergy.Needless to say we will never frequent this business again.

Phone skills are great, delivery was fast, 40 minutes cooked and brought to my door. Impressive, considering the traffic on 380. Food tastes great, and the delivery guy was really nice. Looking forward to dining in!!Thanks

Amazing... Most of the time I order some food from a pizza/Italian place, I feel like I could do it better but this place is amazing. I don't know if anyone could do it better. This was my first time eating here and it was perfect. I hope next time is as good. This made me happy.

It was great, the spaghetti with meatballs is my favorite but the Ceasar salda was just as good 😋

The food was very well made, and the staff was super friendly I would definitely recommend if ur looking for a place with a great atmosphere.

It's pretty good pizza but the store smells alittle weird that's all the problem I had, but then more I smelled, the less I smelled

The Food was beyond great. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. This place made my family feel as if we were old friends coming to visit. My entire experience was perfect. We will definitely be coming back often with more friends and family.

Great unique pizza and pasta. Also has a nice screened in outdoor eating area with lots of seating perfect for families with young children.

This place is so good, very fresh ingredients and the lunch specials are great. Their marinara is on point. My favorite pizza sauce in town.

Great , friendly staff. Brought our own cake for Birthday party.They were very accommodating for our large group celebrating a six year old's birthday. Food is very good!

This Palio’s is awful! Came from Keller and that Palio’s is awesome! The crust is super thin on an expensive pizza! Never again!

Food and service were great!! There was an annoying noise coming from the kitchen though a constant high pitched noise, probably from burner or oven.

I’ve got 2 food sensitivities (gluten and dairy) and my friend is doing keto and gluten free, so we came in with A LOT of questions for them. Haz handled all our questions like a champ! We were impressed with his patience. I ended up getting the gluten free crust, no cheese, with peppers, onions and sausage. It was delicious! They were really generous with the toppings too. My friend got the cauliflower crust with no sauce, extra butter garlic sauce and extra cheese with chicken, etc. overall, A plus!

It was very good. Clean location. Only draw back was employees eating Whataburger at a table right when you walk in. Made me want Whataburger

Absolutely love their fettuccine Alfredo. Much better than olive garden in my opinion. Their pizza is also good as well as their baked hot wings.

My boyfriend came here a few weeks ago with coworkers and has been wanting to come here again. He said his was just as good as the first time and I loved it too.Helpful, friendly waitstaff. Highly recommend!

I'm always skeptical in trying new pizza places but this place didn't let me down. Excellent food and service. If you're not in the mood for pizza their salads are fresh and delicious as well.

This place has excellent pizza! We tried the Classic and Maria’s BBQ Chicken and they were very good! Definitely recommend this place for any pizza lover! Btw, the cheesecake is great also!!

Best staff and food ever!

I loved the bread so much! I ordered a Baked Ziti and he had wings... the order took a little long to come to our table but it was worth the wait! The people behind the counter we very pleasant and happy to tend to us. We will return!

I had my sons bday party there and the staff was great and provided outstanding service. They have great pizza and dessert and also I choose them because some people prefer salad and they also serve several differ tasty salads.

Not a fan of the pizza or the service. My husband and I recently moved here from Dallas. We both work in healthcare and he’s a frontline worker. The lady that delivered our pizza was not wearing a wearing a mask.. when it’s a mandate let alone your in food service. Pizza is very overly priced as well too.

The food was delicious piping hot and prepared exactly the way we wanted it however the background music they choose is something a 20 year old would choose and loud screaming fast pace music is not what 1 would expect in a nice Italian pizza pasta bistro

Found a long blondish color hair on my pizza called to let them know and the man just said he has "zero hair" and the other guy in the kitchen didn't have blonde hair and he d"know what to tell me" aside from that half of the pizza was burnt took longer than an hour (no big deal) also second time I've gotten a hair on the pizza. Won't be ordering from them again. Too bad I cannot give this 0 stars.

Big smiles and warm reception at the front register. Great pizza for great value in a comfortable atmosphere. Spacey booths and huge outdoor area. Take it home or take a seat. You can't go wrong.

So we went for a Saturday night visit at 9:30p to grab a bit of food. The manager said “Your ordering this to go right, we close in like 20 minutes”?We turned around and left as their hospitality is the worst! Never turn away customers when they are trying to pay for your services. Stay late to take care of them!

Had the sabado salad and it was delish along with cheese pizza..tastes like Italy!

THEY DONT WASH THEIR HANDS!!!! I dined at palios today and an employee was on the patio taking a smoke break and playing on his phone, as soon as he returned inside the restaurant he went right past the sink and straight to the ingredients to start making a pizza. Not only is that nasty on a typical day, but its especially disgusting during a pandemic. I will NEVER go here again and I would highly recommend visiting a different Palios under different management.

Excellent service and always a great lunch menu. Clean and conveniently located. Would think a perfect place to eat for just about anything!

Palio's @ Crossroads (....and YES, location DOES make a difference) We tried a different one also in the MetroPlex.... Once... However, they are NOT all the same. But CROSSROADS' Palio's offers up gourmet pizzas and an array of other quality pastas, hot wings, fresh ( emphasis on fresh) salads. ......And all the while, the restaurant itself is laid back; casual. So that if you're bringing rowdy, younger patrons, it's still a setting that will accommodate them while not requiring the others to dine on chicken nuggets & burgers under a set of golden arches.

Absolutely delicious and a great price, and exquisite service!!! This place and location is highly recommended for a good little Italian fix

Greaaaatttt thin crust pizza! The cheese bread is the appetizer we usually get. Nothing too fancy but rock solid with consistency. Never a disappointment.

Ordered and they said they made the wrong food. I ordered chicken parmesean with Alfredo pasta and they put it with spaghetti and marinara. They quickly said they would remake it but it took an extra 20 minutes. I trusted them and went home with the dish only to find marina sauce again instead of Alfredo. Not to mention a piece of plastic in my pasta.

We used to live right down the road and this was always our go to for some good pizza. One of the things I miss most about this area. This is a chain but not all locations are created equal to say the least. NEVER had anything wrong here always great customer service, smiling faces, and prompt service!!

I don't give many 5 stars but Palio's Pizza is 5 start pizza. Every time I go through Denton I go to Palio's for pizza. It's that good.

We really enjoyed the food here!! We got there 45 minutes before closing and were the only guests there. There are two reasons why I took off a star. There seemed to be an attitude about us being there even though there was plenty of time to eat before closing. We sat in the outside area but felt rushed the whole time. The other reason I took off a star is because the employees that directly interface with the customers (taking orders at the register or bringing food to the table) were not wearing masks. That's really disappointing to me as a business decision. As a business, you should want your environment to be welcoming through the behavior of your employees and through a demonstration of care for your customers safety.
